Shipping times for in-stock products:

Once the order confirmation email is received, the order is processed on average within 2 to 3 days by our great order preparation team.

How long does it take for my package to be sent?

To view the different delivery options and associated prices, simply add products to your basket and indicate your postal code,Please find below the delivery times for our different carriers in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg:

- HOME DELIVERY: Colissimo 3 to 5 days

- DELIVERY TO MONDIAL RELAY RELAY POINT: 5 to 6 days
- CHRONOPOST AND UPS DELIVERY: 48 hours working days from Monday to Friday


No delivery on Saturday. If order placed before 10 a.m., delivered next day to destination.
The delivery times indicated above run from the date of shipment. Allow one day of preparation. Please note that the delivery time indicates working days.
However, if you wish to have it delivered abroad, do not hesitate to contact our customer service so that they can inform you of the amount of delivery costs for your destination.
The announced deadlines are not contractual and a possible delay in delivery does not entitle Moogoopet to damages.
When you place an order, we will tell you the available shipping methods, cost and estimated delivery date.

The return costs are your responsibility if your package is returned to us for the following reasons:
- An incorrect address
- A package that was not collected within the allotted time

How do I track the shipment of my product?

Once your order has been prepared and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, using which you can follow the delivery of your package

We have a 20 day return policy, which means you have 20 days to request a return after receiving the item.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, originally labeled and packaged. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our store only sells products for animals. For hygiene reasons and to avoid cross-infection between animals, the return and exchange of certain products are not supported.
If your return and exchange is accepted, we will send you an exchange return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

At the Point of Delivery and Post Office

You can request the return label by clicking on the orders and returns section. Returns have a cost of 1.95 EUR which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
